Advanced Freediving course

Freediving is also about discovering new limits and new depths! Being able to improve by doing a longer distance, a better static, and descending deeper gives you a sense of joy and power!
The PADI Freediver course is set to satisfy your personal need to improve your freediving skills.
To enroll in this course you must be at least 15 years old, you must know how to swim, and be in good health (see medical questionnaire), also you have to complete the Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care.

The PADI Advanced Freediving course has three main phases:

  • Theoretical development through the PADI Freediver theory online.
    In addition, if some elements are unclear or the material is not available in your language, the instructor can conduct theory sessions
  • A session in a pool or confined water practicing dynamic apnoea, static apnea, and stretching exercises
    The objective is to perform a static apnea of 2 minutes and 30 seconds (2 minutes for freedivers under the age of 18) and a dynamic apnea of 50 meters/165 feet (40 meters/130 feet for freedivers under the age of 18).
  • Open water sessions to practice deeper dives in constant weight and free immersion. The objective is to reach 20 meters of depth ( 15 meters for freedivers under the age of 18)Ready to continue your education? Check the disponibility here!
