Basic Freediving course
The PADI basic freediver is a sub-course of the PADI freediver,
This is an introductory course to learn the basics of freediving and only takes place in a pool or confined water.
No previous experience is required to start the course.
To start the PADI basic freediver course you must be at least 12 years old and be able to swim. You must also be in good health.

The course has two main phases:
- Theoretical development through the PADI Freediver online course. In addition, if some elements are unclear or the material is not available in your language, the instructor can conduct theory sessions.
A session in a pool or confined water practising dynamic apnoea and static apnea. The objective is to conduct a dynamic apnea of 25/80 feet and a static apnea of 90 seconds. Can’t wait to start to discover this new world? Book your course now with us!
